Your satisfaction is our top priority. All orders are backed by our Commitment to Quality. If you do not receive your item, or if it arrives faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with the UK’s most reliable couriers to ensure your daily essentials arrive safely and on time.
Our Couriers: We dispatch orders via DPD, Evri, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force.
Tracking: Automatic email or SMS tracking updates will be provided once your order leaves our warehouse.
UK Delivery Times:
Standard: 1–2 working days.
Next Day: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (subject to stock availability).
International Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available; please allow 7–10 working days for delivery.
Free Delivery: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £300.
Note: Bulky DIY items or oversized household packages may be excluded from free shipping due to size and weight constraints.
3. Missing or Delayed Orders
Before contacting us regarding a late parcel, please:
Check with your neighbors or other household members.
Inspect designated "safe places" around your property.
Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Lost Items Policy: In line with courier industry standards, a parcel is officially classified as "lost" after 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
Support: If your item is still missing after this period, please contact notifications@legramdiscounts.co.uk for immediate assistance.
4. Returns & Replacements
Faulty or Damaged Goods: Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a collection (or provide a prepaid label) and dispatch a replacement once the fault is verified.
Incorrect Items: Received the wrong item? Notify us within 7 days. We will swap it for the correct product immediately at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind: You have 14 days to return an item. Please ensure goods are unopened and in original packaging (see our full Terms & Conditions for details).
